The Cottages
The development consists of 5 terraced self catering cottages in all, each with 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 people. There is also an Annexe with full disabled facilities sleeping 2. The disabled modified unit can be booked separately or as part of one of the cottages (will sleep eight) this unit has an adjoining door.
Towels and Bed linen are supplied WiFi is also available. Cots, stairgate and Highchairs are available on request.
There is also a communal Laundry room which houses washing machines and tumble dryers, Pool Table, Books, Games & DVDs for residents use.
The Ground floor consists of an open plan living room and kitchen area. Fully fitted kitchen with leather sofas, colour TV, DVD player, IPod and Hi-fi/Radio. Outside furniture with kettle BBQ (bring your own charcoal).
On the first floor are the bathroom, shower over bath and toilet. Master Bedroom with Queen size Bed and one twin bedroom. The Second floor is the attic which is a spacious bedroom with twin beds.

The Annexe
The cottages are situated in a quiet valley with 60 acres of farm and woodland. There are also 2 Ponds and almost 1 acre of lawned gardens which are ideal for picnics and BBQ’s.
Guests may also explore the local valley and woods. The beautiful walks and beaches of Gower are only 15 minutes away with Swansea town centre 4/5 mls and the Mumbles approximately 8 miles.
