Booking Information
We operate a No Pets and a No smoking policy
SHORT BREAKS are not offered during peak periods,
namely school holidays, bank holidays, Christmas and New Year,
unless agreed two weeks before the holiday starts
and
at our discretion.
Our week starts from Saturday to Saturday. Short breaks 3 or 4 days can be allocated Friday to Monday with prior arrangement outside of above peak times.
Booking
in
times are
as follows;
arrivals
after
3pm
and
departures
before
10am.
Please note that all properties are cleaned and serviced between
bookings,
but, as the cleaner's time is often limited during busy periods, we
ask
that
you leave the property as clean and tidy as you found it.
LINEN is provided. As in, duvets and covers, sheets and pillows. No towels are provided, with the exception of those traveling from overseas and then by request only.
Cots and Highchairs are by request when booking.

A deposit of £150.00 must be paid when making a booking, £100.00 will be taken off the balance and £50.00 retained for damages or lost keys which will be sent on to you providing no incidents occurs.
Full payment must be made six weeks prior to the date of your
holiday,
whereby confirmation of your holiday will be sent to you.
All payments are by cheque
and

How to Find Us

Take the Junction 47 turn off from the M4 motorway.

Take the second exit on the roundabout, heading towards Swansea.

Drive 1.2 miles down the dual carriage way, then stay to the right and take the second exit.

Drive about 1 mile to the next roundabout and then take the second exit.

At the bottom of the hill take the first exit left towards Gowerton and past the Golf Driving range and under the bridge.

Go straight ahead at the first set of traffic lights and then turn left at the second set of traffic lights.

At the small mini roundabout turn right and follow the road ahead over a speed bump and continue...
Watch for the speed camera near the school - 30mph. -
Towards the end of this road there are some sharp bends to the right and left, then a small mini roundabout.

Turn right at the mini roundabout up the steep hill.

Carry on up the steep hill, until you get to a mini roundabout, carry straight on into the country lane and you will come to Killan Fawr Garden Centre on the right hand side, turn DIRECTLY next right down the lane, pass the white stables on the right hand side and keep to the right. Follow the lane down to the cottages.
