Booking Information
We operate a No Pets and a No smoking policy
WIFI INTERNET is available but cannot be guaranteed. SHORT BREAKS are offered during peak periods, namely school holidays, bank holidays, Christmas and New Year, at our discretion. Prior booking is highly recommended at busy times.
Our week starts from Saturday to Saturday. Short breaks 3 or 4 days are allocated Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday.
Booking in times are as follows; arrivals after 3pm and departures before 10am.
Please note that all properties are cleaned and serviced between bookings, but, as the cleaner’s time is often limited during busy periods, we ask that you leave the property as clean and tidy as you found it.
LINEN is provided. As in, duvets and covers, sheets and pillows & towels
Cots, stairgate and Highchairs are by request when booking.

PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS and PRICES
A deposit of £100.00 must be paid when making a booking.
Full payment must be made two weeks prior to the date of your holiday, whereby confirmation of your holiday will be sent to you.
